Previous | Home | NextParacelsus was in Colmar in 1528. He dedicated his book on syphilis "Morbus Gallicus" (the "French Disease") to the city chief magistrate Hieronymus Bonerus. Colmar is in the Alsace region of France, 60 km south of Strasbourg.
