This is Stallbron crossing over to Mynttorget (Mint , or Coinage, Square). The old location of the Mint is the Sverige Riksdag (Swedish Parliament), the building with the columns, to the immediate right. The bridge is named after "Stall" = "Stables", which was once located on this side of the bridge (see further for an old painting). The old mint is important because cobalt and nickel were discovered there.
