Previous | Home | NextThe Lawrence Hall of Science is the best place to be introduced to the extraordinary history of chemical research at Berkeley. This museum is on Centennial Drive in the Berkeley Hills overlooking the University of California at Berkeley. It was named after Ernest O. Lawrence, inventor of the cyclotron. The Hall was established in 1982 by Glenn Seaborg, the discoverer of plutonium.
