A major focus of our research group is to develop the tools to help understand ion manipulation, and predict results. Development of software tools help expand our knowledge of dynamic math. Currently we have deveolped a simple betacalc program for quadrupole calculations, a cross section development tool for drift tubes, scripts for SimIon and ANSYS, and a spectra isotope program.
