This is the view on the other side of the Old City Hall, viewing northeast. The location is in the Hlavné Námestie (Main Square). The fountain is known as "Roland's Fountain" (Rolandova fontána), sometimes known as Maximilan Fountain, constructed by Maximillian II, the King of Hungary in 1572 as a public water source of Pozsony. Look carefully in the center: the building extending from the Old Town Hall tower is a museum.
